Moves such as the flash step must be limited so that, certain characters aren't seen as godly on the forum. The limiters are as follows:
Foot soliders: range: 20-70 metres; can be used twice in a row, afterwards recharge the next post
Lieutenants: range: 70-150 metres; can be used three times in a row, afterwards recharge the next post.
Vice Captain: 150-400 metres; can be used three times in a row, afterwards recharge the next post
Captains: 500-2000 metres(2km); can be used four times in a row, afterwards recharge the next post
Stealth force: 500-25000 metres(2.5km); can be used four times in a row, afterwards recharge the next post
